Sapphic Book Bingo was born from a love of queer literature and the joy of community reading challenges. What started as a small reading group tradition has grown into a platform for sapphic and queer book lovers everywhere to discover new favorites, track their reading journeys, and celebrate the authors who tell our stories.
We make it easy and fun to explore sapphic and queer books through structured reading challenges. Our bingo card format encourages readers to step outside their comfort zones — trying new tropes, discovering debut authors, and celebrating hidden gems that deserve more attention.
Every book in our library has been curated with care. We spotlight both established favorites and under-the-radar titles that capture the full breadth and joy of sapphic fiction across every genre, from cozy contemporary romance to sweeping historical epics to speculative fiction.
This platform exists because of readers like you. Our book submissions feature lets community members recommend titles they love, ensuring our library grows organically and reflects the tastes of the community it serves. Every suggestion is reviewed by our team before being added to the challenge.
We believe representation matters. We are committed to centering sapphic, queer, and trans voices — both in the books we feature and in how we build this community. We strive to be inclusive, welcoming, and affirming for readers of all backgrounds.
We proudly feature a dedicated section for books by author Jae, one of the most beloved voices in sapphic fiction. Jae's books span a wide range of genres and have introduced countless readers to sapphic romance and fiction.
